What this measures
How many H1 elements are in the raw HTML and whether the text describes the product rather than a greeting.
Where this check can be wrong
Responsive markup commonly renders one heading twice with different classes; we collapse identical H1s, but a heading built client-side is invisible here.
Verify it without taking our word for it
