Terms for using Launcholio

You may audit publicly reachable websites without an account. An account is needed to submit products, manage listings, and vote. Personal API tokens let your chosen assistant audit or submit within the permission you grant; protect them and revoke any you no longer trust. Keep your account access secure and give us accurate information. Do not use the service to overload, disrupt, probe, or bypass protections on Launcholio or a website being audited.

Checks and scores describe what our systems could fetch and measure at a particular time. Websites can change, block automated requests, or return different results to different visitors. An audit is informational and does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, accessibility compliance, security, or commercial results. Review the evidence and verify important decisions independently.

Submit only product information, logos, screenshots, and URLs that you own or are authorized to provide. Do not upload confidential information, unlawful content, or material that infringes someone else's rights. You remain responsible for your submissions and retain ownership of them.

While your listing is on Launcholio, you give us permission to store, resize, display, and link to the submitted material to operate and promote the listing. You can edit or delete your product from your dashboard. Copies in caches or provider backups may take additional time to disappear.

Submissions may be held for review. We may edit factual presentation, reject, unpublish, or remove content that is inaccurate, unavailable, abusive, or violates these terms. Some directory entries are added by Launcholio from public sources and are marked as such; they are not claims of endorsement by their makers. Product owners can request a correction or removal at [email protected].

Votes are community signals and do not replace an audit score. A badge reflects its current verification and display settings; it does not certify a product or guarantee its performance. Featured or sponsored placement, if offered, will be identified and does not imply endorsement.

Listings and reports may link to websites that Launcholio does not operate. Their content, products, and privacy practices are their own. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Launcholio to maintain the service or address misuse. We work to keep it available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free results.

Use the service with your own judgment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Launcholio is not responsible for losses caused by relying solely on an audit, a third-party listing, or a temporary interruption. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
