• Audits: the URL you enter, public page data fetched from that website, resulting checks, scores, recommendations, and the time of the audit.
• Accounts: your email address, name, profile image if supplied by a sign-in provider, and the account identifiers needed to keep you signed in.
• AI access tokens: a one-way hash of each token, its name, permission, creation and expiry dates, and last-use time. The full token is shown only when created and is not stored in our database.
• Listings: product names, descriptions, URLs, categories, tags, logos, launch dates, optional links, and screenshots you submit. Uploaded screenshots are converted to WebP and stored in the application database alongside the listing.
• Activity and security: votes, badge settings, and limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service. Audit rate limiting uses a keyed hash of your IP address; hosting providers may also process request logs.

We use it to run the audit you request, save and display reports, provide account features, review and publish listings, count votes, operate badges, respond to support requests, and prevent abuse. Where a legal basis is required, these activities support the service you request or our interest in running and protecting it. We do not use submitted data to train an AI model.

An approved listing, including its submitted screenshot, product links, tags, and community activity, is public. Pending or rejected listings are visible only to their submitter and site administrators.

A standalone audit report can be opened by anyone with its report link. A report attached to a product is restricted to its submitter and site administrators. Avoid entering secrets or personal information in a URL, description, or screenshot.

We use essential sign-in and security cookies to keep accounts working. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are not currently configured, so their tracking scripts do not load. If we activate optional analytics, we will update this policy and provide any controls required where you live before using them.

Launcholio uses Supabase PostgreSQL to store application data and is intended to run on Vercel for hosting. If you choose Google sign-in, Google processes that sign-in; email sign-in is available only when an email provider is configured. When you request an audit, our server contacts the public website you enter, so that website may see the request. Providers may process information outside your country under their own service terms and privacy notices.

Accounts, listings, and reports do not currently have an automatic expiry date. You can edit or delete your own product from the dashboard; deleting it also removes its uploaded screenshot and linked audit reports from our application database. To ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of other account or report information, email [email protected]. We may need to verify that you control the relevant account or URL. Provider backups and operational logs can remain for a limited time under the providers' retention practices.

We will update this page and its effective date when our data practices change. Material changes will be communicated through the site or another appropriate channel before they take effect when required by applicable law.
