llms.txt
One check, stated three ways: what we measure, what would make it wrong, and how to confirm it yourself.
What this measures
Whether /llms.txt is served, its size, and how many pointers it contains — Markdown links and bare URLs both count.
Where this check can be wrong
The convention is young and adoption is uneven; a missing file costs a small ceiling and is not evidence of anything wrong with your site. We cannot tell whether any particular engine actually reads it.
Verify it without taking our word for it
curl -sI https://your.site/llms.txt and check status plus Content-Type. For the format, read the llms.txt specification rather than a blog post about it.
