What this measures
How extractable the writing is: the number of H2/H3 sections, the number of lists, and the mean words per paragraph. Sections and lists give an answer engine a passage to quote; very long paragraphs force it to summarise instead.
Where this check can be wrong
A deliberately dense essay can be the right choice and still score low here. Length is measured in words, not in meaning, so a page full of short paragraph fragments can pass while saying very little.
