Whether the page links a privacy policy, terms and a contact route, and whether HTTPS is in place.
Where this check can be wrong
A contact form alone is enough for most indie products; this check only counts what it can see in the HTML.
Verify it without taking our word for it
Try to contact the site as a stranger would. If it takes more than one click from the homepage, that is the finding.
