Evidence-led directory tracking

Is your SaaS actually listed?

A badge or a submitted form is not a published listing. Check the public directory pages you know, verify whether they link to your website, and keep a clear record of what still needs follow-up.

Sign-in and an existing Launcholio product are required. Current scope: known public product-page URLs and your saved badges, not an automatic scan of every directory on the web.

Illustrative states based on the Launcholio nine-badge audit, reviewed Nov 6, 2026. Not live scan results.

A real workflow, not vanity metrics

Four steps from badge to evidence

01

Choose your product

Sign in to Launcholio and choose the public website you want to track. Each product has its own private directory records.

02

Import badges or add known URLs

Bring in the directories shown in your Badgebuddy widget, or paste a specific directory product page. A badge is only a clue; new records begin as Not confirmed.

03

Check actual public pages

Run a public HTML check on an individual saved listing page, or check several eligible saved pages together. The checker records the result and website link it observed.

04

Fix uncertain records and export proof

Distinguish a working public backlink from an unreviewed application, directory homepage, blocked response or missing product page. Export a private verification CSV.

Interpreting results

Four different answers — not just yes or no

Public website link found

A dedicated public directory page contains a link to your website; this is not proof of editorial approval or Google indexing.

Not confirmed

You have a badge or submission record but no verified public product URL yet.

Directory homepage only

A badge links to a directory's homepage. Find the specific listing before making any publication claim.

Blocked / review needed

Login, JavaScript rendering, HTTP 403/429 or a network error prevents a reliable conclusion. This is not a rejection.

Already have a row of badges?

Badgebuddy can organize your saved badges. The Tracker can import their directory destinations as unconfirmed records so you can review them rather than assume the directory published your product.

Export a usable verification report

Download a private report with your recorded stage, check outcome, final URL, observed website link, rel attribute, date and next step. A link observed on a page is not Google indexing.

Directory listing verification FAQ

Can this tool discover every directory that lists my SaaS?

No. The current checker verifies pages you provide or import from your own saved badges. It does not search the entire web, read private directories, or find every listing automatically.

Does a badge on my site mean my product is approved?

No. A badge added to your website is not evidence of an external platform's editorial decision. Treat the submission status and public link check as separate fields.

Does a successful link check prove Google indexed the listing?

No. The tool inspects the original public HTML for a website link. Search engine indexing, the directory's editorial approval, Google rankings, and referral traffic require separate evidence.

What if a page is protected or built with JavaScript?

The checker does not bypass captchas or login gates, and does not execute JavaScript. HTTP 403, rate limiting and rendered-only links are reported as uncertain results rather than rejected listings.

Can I download my directory records and verification evidence?

Yes. Signed-in product owners can download an editable submission CSV and a separate private verification report that records the check outcome, URLs and link attributes.

If you need the submission work handled

Track completed work. Delegate the rest.

Our separate $49 pilot covers 15 agreed, relevant directory submission attempts, an evidence report, and one later link check. We cannot promise third-party approval, indexed pages, or Google rankings.
