Caption Remover is a browser-based AI video cleanup tool for creators who need to reuse footage without burned-in captions. It is intended for videos you own or have permission to edit. Basic automatically removes burned-in subtitles, while Pro lets you select one fixed text area. It does not offer moving-mask tracking or multiple selected regions. Sign in, upload a short video, choose the appropriate processing mode, and review the before-and-after result before requesting an MP4 download. Supported inputs are SDR MP4 or MOV files with H.264 or HEVC video, up to 50 MB and 60 seconds per clip. Downloads use a 720p-equivalent pixel budget, preserving aspect ratio rather than promising the original resolution of an HD or 4K source. The first three successfully completed videos are free in total across Basic and Pro. Basic costs $9.90 per month for 60 source-video minutes; Pro costs $19.90 per month for 30 minutes. One-time packs are $19 for 100 Basic minutes or $29 for 60 Pro minutes. Source seconds are rounded up for allowance accounting. Failed or canceled jobs release the customer allowance. Processing runs in a server-side queue and is not real-time. Results may contain reconstruction artifacts, especially with challenging backgrounds or motion. Uploaded and output files are private and expire from our service within 24 hours by default; the privacy policy separately explains external processor handling.
